Port at night

Title: Port at Night
Size: 300x300mm
SOLD
The other night, I woke up at about 2 am, and was sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of lights reflecting on the water at Port St Francis. So I grabbed a canvas and decided to capture the peaceful scene.

That's a beauty Suzi and I also like the one directly below. I love the simple lines too. I think I'm a minimalist.

It is a lovely scene. What better way to use one's time, esp when sleep is elusive. Are those measurements on this painting comparable to 12 by 12inches perhaps? Is it oil or watercolours? Do you sell your paintings??

thanks all! Van gogh, I'm honoured to be mentioned with him!

Kate, yes, 12 x 12 ins and about 1 and a half thick (I paint in oils on stretched canvasses over wooden frames, and continue the painting round the edges so they don't need framing. Yes, I do sell my work, I used to put prices on this blog, but it got too complicated keeping track of this, galleries with different commissions, and the SA Artists prices, and exchange rates so now i just quote each on an individual basis.
